The Philadelphia 76ers (32-15) visit the Cleveland Cavaliers (17-30) at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse for a 7 p.m. ET tip-off. Below, we analyze the 76ers at Cavaliers odds and lines, with NBA picks and predictions.
The 76ers kicked off their six-game road trip with a 3-0 SU/2-0-1 ATS run with wins over the Knicks, Warriors and Lakers. They were dropped 122-112 against the Clippers, and they fell 104-95 to the Nuggets last time out Tuesday. The last time they faced the Cavaliers they were stunned 112-109 in overtime Feb. 27 at home as 11.5-point favorites.
The Cavaliers are back from a disastrous road trip. It started out OK, as they won 103-94 against the Bulls on March 24 as 7.5-point underdogs. But they finished up 0-3 SU/1-2 ATS with losses to the Lakers, Kings and Jazz, including an ugly 114-75 loss at Utah as they failed to cover a 16.5-point number.

76ers at Cavaliers: Odds, lines, predictions and picks
Prediction
76ers 116, Cavaliers 95
Money line (ML)
The 76ers (-350) will cost you three-and-a-half times your potential return, and that’s not a good investment. The Cavaliers (+290) have actually won each of the first two meetings this season. While Embiid is ruled out again, the 76ers should still have enough to push past the Cavs. But we’ve said that before and it hasn’t ended well.

Against the spread (ATS)
The 76ERS -8.5 (-110) are a good bet laying just four buckets and a hook against the defensively challenged Cavaliers +8.5 (-110). Yes, Cleveland has won the first two meetings this season straight up as heavy underdogs. But they’re not playing very well lately, and it doesn’t help that they’ll be without Nance up front. Isaiah Hartenstein is likely to see considerable minutes. Who, you say? Exactly.
Over/Under (O/U)
The UNDER 213.5 (-110) is the way to go. The Under has cashed in five straight games for the Cavs, and the Under is 9-3 in their past 12 following a straight-up loss, too.
For the 76ers, the Under is on a 6-0 run across the past six as a road favorite, and 4-1 in the past five games overall. The Under is also 18-6 in the past 24 meetings in Cleveland between these two clubs.
