Titans GM Jon Robinson was in attendance at Miami Pro Day

Which prospects were the Tennessee Titans likely scouting on Monday?

Tennessee Titans general manager Jon Robinson was in attendance at Miami’s Pro Day on Monday, which featured at least four prospects the team could be interested in during the 2021 NFL draft.

The Hurricanes are seeing three of their edge rushers trying to go pro, all of whom have been mocked to the Titans at different points this offseason. Those three edge defenders are Gregory Rousseau, Jaelan Phillips and Quincy Roche.

Rousseau and Phillips are slated to be Day 1 or early Day 2 picks, while Roche figures to go later on Day 2. Here’s a photo of Robinson taking a closer look at Phillips.

Phillips and Rousseau were both impressive on Monday, but the former stole the show with his blazing-fast 40 time of 4.56 seconds, which is especially impressive when you consider he’s 6-foot-4 and 260 pounds.

While the Titans have made big additions to their pass rush with the signings of Bud Dupree and Denico Autry in free agency, we could still see Robinson grab another at some point in this draft.

The Titans could use more depth at the position for this coming season, and with Harold Landry set to become a free agent in 2022, having a long-term plan to replace him just in case wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Another prospect the Titans were likely keeping an eye on is tight end Brevin Jordan, who is considered a top-five player at the position in this year’s class.

Jordan should go sometime during Day 2 and is a potential option for the Titans after the departure of Jonnu Smith in free agency.
