How would you feel about Aaron Gordon as a Boston Celtic? It’s not so far fetched of a prospect to see the Orlando Magic forward in green and white if the Celtics truly want it to happen, according to NBA insider Jared Weiss.
The Athletic analyst relates he has been hearing for about a year now Gordon wants out of his current situation and the Celtics have interest. A perfect fit in Weiss’ analysis, the Magic swing would indeed fill a hole in Boston’s rotation the Celtics have had trouble finding a solution for since the exit of veteran forward Gordon Hayward in the offseason.
The devil, of course, would be in the details of the trade’s cost.
