LAS VEGAS – [autotag]Derek Brunson[/autotag] and [autotag]Kevin Holland[/autotag] came face-to-face for the first time ahead of their UFC on ESPN 21 main event.
After successfully making weight for their middleweight headliner, Brunson (21-7 MMA, 12-5 UFC) and Holland (21-5 MMA, 7-2 UFC) engaged in a traditional pre-fight faceoff – their lone one before the schedule five-round bout.
Holland started talking during the staredown, and Brunson simply nodded along. He then put his arm around a reluctant Brunson, who posed with his upcoming foe for the photo-op before slapping him on the butt as they walked away.
Check out the footage above. The faceoff took place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, which hosts UFC on ESPN 21. The main card airs on ESPN following prelims on ESPN2.
