Key returners to look out for
LSU will be returning their entire starting defensive and offensive line this season, but the team is expected to see the most strength coming on the defensive side of the ball.
New defensive line coach Andre Carter and Ed Orgeron have loads of talent to work with during the upcoming season.
Projected starters on the defensive end include Andre Anthony, Glen Logan, Neil Farrell, Ali Gaye, BJ Ojulari.
Orgeron is expecting Ojulari to have a major sophomore season following his freshman year. He’s even hinted around at the sophomore being an up and coming All-American.
Having Gaye back is also huge for the program, as the returning senior recorded 32 tackles, two sacks, and six pass breakups, which was among top in the SEC.
The offense will be led this year by senior quarterback Myles Brennan who is also expected to have a big season.
