The Brooklyn Nets are signing 31-year-old veteran, Blake Griffin, for the rest of the season according Adrian Wojnarowski. Over the past week it was rumored that the Nets were the favorites to sign the six-time All-Star. Now everything is moving toward Griffin joining the Big 3 in Brooklyn.

Blake Griffin already has experience with players on this Nets squad. He played with DeAndre Jordan on the Clippers, he played with Brooklyn’s Big 3 on the USA team, and just last year he played with Bruce Brown on the Detroit Pistons.
This season, Griffin is averaging 12.3 PPG along with 5.2 RPG. For a team like Brooklyn that needs more depth, especially at the four, they can’t go wrong this signing.
