One former University of Tennessee basketball player was in action in an NBA game Sunday.
Tobias Harris and the Philadelphia 76ers were in Toronto and came up on the short end of a 110-103 decision at Amalie Arena.
Harris started and played 37 minutes for the 76ers (20-11).
He scored 13 points, dished out seven assists and pulled down four rebounds against the Raptors, who improved to 16-15 with the victory.
Harris also had one steal and a block. He went 6-for-17 from the floor and was 1-for-9 from beyond the 3-point arc.
Meanwhile in New Orleans, the Boston Celtics blew a 24-point lead and fell to the Pelicans, 120-115, in overtime.
Grant Williams did not play (coach’s decision) for Boston (15-15).
With the win, New Orleans improved to 13-17.
