The Boston Celtics hope to stay above .500 as they travel to New Orleans to take on the Pelicans at Smoothie King Center Sunday afternoon, hoping to snap the pattern of dropping every other game and flubbing afternoon tipoff games both.
Fresh off a home win against the Atlanta Hawks, the Celtics will face a Pelicans squad that has won just five of their last ten games and lost the last two straight, albeit in the more competitive Western Conference to solid opponents. Boston should have most of its key players available with some luck, though two players at least are nearly certain to miss this contest.
