[autotag]Julian Erosa[/autotag] keeps on rolling.
In the second fight of his third promotional stint, Erosa (24-8 MMA, 3-4 UFC) stopped a former M-1 Challenge featherweight champion, [autotag]Nate Landwehr[/autotag], with a flying knee at UFC Fight Night 185 on Saturday. The stoppage came 56 seconds into Round 1.
Erosa came out swinging from the opening bell. He stunned Landwehr (14-4 MMA, 1-2 UFC) early, who recovered quickly. However, Erosa kept the pressure on him. As he flung punches at Landwehr, a flurry connected. As Landwehr retreated, Erosa leaped in the air and landed a flying knee. Landwehr was sat down and Erosa connected with a follow-up punch.
Referee Mark Smith jumped in, much to the displeasure of Landwehr, who protested the stoppage immediately.
