It looks like Boston Celtics All-Star point guard Kemba Walker is finally rounding into form after a tough start to his 2020-21 season, hampered in finding a rhythm by the need to sit on the second game of back-to-backs.
The New Yorker had one of the best games of his season so far in a 121 – 109 win over the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night, scoring 28 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals in 34 minutes of floor time. Walker’s efficiency was top-notch as well, hitting 10-of-16 from the floor, 5-of-8 from beyond the arc and a perfect 3-of-3 from the line.
The haters ready to trade him for a pile of pocket lint were nowhere to be found Friday, and the UConn product was the key to the game for Boston, buoying the team early and helping finish the job late.

Watch the highlight clip embedded above produced by Tomasz Kordylewski for yourself, it was quite the noteworthy performance.
