Being a Jordan Brand sponsored program has its perks. Not only do players and fans get to rock the latest gear with the iconic Jumpman logo on it but we get to see some new colorways of classic Air Jordan models.
For the Florida Gators, they made the switch over to Jordan Brand in 2018 as the football program became the latest to join the growing list of teams for the sponsor. As time has gone on, we have seen Florida’s blue and orange colors be used for new gear and the latest example should have Gators’ fans excited.
Earlier this week Florida unveiled a Player Edition Air Jordan 5 model that is dressed in Gators colors featuring a vibrant blue on the upper and complimented by Orange on the tongue and midsole. The shoe is finished off with the Gators mascot on the tongue, giving it a sleek design. Check out the first images of the shoe below:

In addition to Florida, both Oklahoma and North Carolina also unveiled their version of the Air Jordan five.
These shoes will not be available to the public and instead will go to athletes, coaches and staff members.
