Seattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams dealt with a large number of injuries throughout the 2020 season. Among others, he suffered a torn labrum and broken fingers, which significantly hindered his performance in the team’s 30-20 postseason loss against the Los Angeles Rams.
With the season in the books, Adams underwent surgery for these injuries and has been going through rehabilitation ever since.
On Valentine’s Day, Adams took to Twitter and assured fans that his rehabilitation is going smoothly while expressing optimism for the Seahawks’ 2021 season.
“By the way, I’m kicking rehabs ass!!!!!!!” Adams tweeted, “Gonna be a special year, I feel it!!!!!! LET’S KEEP BEING GREAT.”

Adams is heading into a contract year but is expected to be a key component of the Seahawks’ defense next season. He has been passionate about his love for this team in the past and will hopefully return fully healthy and bring that fire to the field in 2021.
