Hawks at Knicks: Prediction, point spread, odds, over/under, betting picks (Feb. 15)

Our prediction and best bet for Monday’s Hawks-Knicks game.

Trae Young and the struggling Atlanta Hawks visit the New York Knicks on Monday, and if you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck! We’ll give you the latest point spread, moneyline odds and over-under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet on BetMGM.

The game tips off at 7:30 p.m. ET and can be seen on MSG Network and Fox Sports Southeast.

The Hawks have been reeling, and come to MSG on a three-game losing streak, with just one win in their last seven games. The Knicks have won four of six, but will now be without center Mitchell Robinson for an extended period after he suffered a fractured hand.

Advice and prediction

I’m not sure why, exactly, the Atlanta Hawks are favored here. Adjusted net rating suggests the Hawks are the better team, but Atlanta has also been mired in an awful stretch of basketball, and has already lost once this season at home against the Knicks (by five, 113-108), in a game where Trae Young posted 31 points and 14 assists.

Mitchell Robinson will be missed, but Nerlens Noel is a capable replacement in the paint for New York, and this defense just held the Rockets to 99 points without Robinson. Take the Knicks moneyline (+105).

Prediction: Knicks 111, Hawks 105
