The Sacramento Kings (12-13) host the Memphis Grizzlies (10-11) Sunday at Golden 1 Center. The tip-off is set for 10 p.m. ET. Below, we analyze the Grizzlies-Kings NBA odds and lines, with picks and predictions.
Memphis’ injury issues have caused a bit of a slide as the Grizzlies lost five of their last seven games to start February. Their defense has regressed this month and is dead-last in opponent’s effective field-goal shooting (eFG%) and 24th in opponent’s FTA rate.
The Kings have dropped two straight after winning four consecutive games to start the month. Sacramento PG De’Aaron Fox has been amazing this month, averaging 31.6 points and 9.0 assists in his five games in Feb. He missed the Kings’ previous game against the Orlando Magic which they lost 123-112.
Sacramento was 3-1 against Memphis last season and has won and covered the spread in five of the last six head-to-head meetings.

Grizzlies at Kings: Odds, lines, predictions and picks
Prediction
Kings 123, Grizzlies 116
Money line (ML)
The Kings have a slightly better winning percentage because they are slightly better as a team. Sacramento shoots much better from the field (9th in eFG%, Memphis is 20th) and gets to the charity stripe at a much higher rate (sixth in free-throw rate, Memphis is 30th).
Fox’s availability is crucial information before wagering on this game. He balled out last season against the Grizzlies, scoring 25.0 points per game on 54.5% field-goal shooting (52.6% from deep) with a 126 offensive rating in four games.
I’d have to pass if Fox cannot play because Memphis has been terrible recently and I’m not betting on the Grizzlies until they get healthier. If Fox can play, I lean SACRAMENTO (-105) on the money line only because I could see an outright Kings win being a little too pricey so I’d just take them to cover the spread.

Against the spread (ATS)
PASS on the spread because if Fox can play then the Kings are probably -130 to -140 on the money line and I’d rather bet that than fuss with the points.
If the money line goes above -140 that means Fox is active, the market is hammering the Kings because of that news and then Sacramento laying points becomes the play. The bottom line is you either bet the Kings or pass on the sides.
Over/Under (O/U)
TAKE the OVER 228.5 (-115) for 1 unit because these teams are like mirror images of each other and the closeness of their profiles equals an exciting, high-scoring affair.
Three of the four Grizzlies-Kings meetings last season went Over the total and Memphis has gone Over the total in four straight. Sacramento has a 4-1 O/U record as a home favorite this season.
