During his 12th season in the association, Steph Curry continues to prove why he’s considered one of the greatest shooters in NBA history. On Thursday night against the Orlando Magic, Curry tied James Harden for an NBA record with four or more made 3-pointers in 13 consecutive games.
After hitting 10 triples on 19 attempts against the Magic at Chase Center, Curry is averaging six made 3-pointers on 50% shooting from beyond the arc during the 13 game stretch. Curry’s scorching run from long distance is giving his teammates a new level of faith.
With the Warriors leading by only a point in the fourth quarter, Juan Toscano-Anderson found Curry for an open 3-pointer. While the sharpshooting point guard pulled up and knocked down the triple, attention turned back to Toscano-Anderson.
Instead of Toscano-Anderson crashing for a rebound or trying to get back on defense, the Bay Area native began to celebrate the 3-point attempt before it left Curry’s hands.

Toscano-Anderson’s celebration proceeded to go viral when ESPN and Bleacher Report described him as “Steph’s teammate.”
B/R messed up, but ESPN's person had 7 minutes to look up Juan Toscano-Anderson's name before posting the same dumb tweet pic.twitter.com/JtRhzez0gW

Following Golden State’s 111-105 win over Orlando, both Curry and Toscano-Anderson had some fun on Twitter.

After playing a pivotal role in Golden State’s last five contests as a starter, Toscano-Anderson is quickly earning a name for himself. Along with making a consistent impact on defense, the Bay Area native is averaging 8.8 points on 51.3% shooting from the field with 8.4 rebounds and 2.8 assists per contest.
