After falling in a thrilling battle between Steph Curry and Luka Doncic on Saturday night, the Golden State Warriors will continue their four-game Texas road trip with a tilt against the San Antonio Spurs on Monday.
Although the Mavs were able to seal a late victory behind Doncic’s 42 point effort, Curry recorded a scorching game-high with 57 points on 19-of-31 shooting from the field. The two-time Most Valuable Player drilled 11 long-distance 3-pointers on 19 attempts from beyond the arc.
With Eric Paschall questionable due to knee soreness and both James Wiseman and Kevon Looney sidelined with injuries on Monday, the Warriors will need to lean on Curry again against the Spurs.
