Patrick Mahomes’ mother Randi wasn’t the only member of his family calling people out on Twitter during and after the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl 55 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Mahomes’ fiancee Brittany Matthews — who is expecting the couple’s first child — took to Twitter Sunday night to comment on how ESPN was tweeting screenshots of the quarterback looking … I guess I’d say confused and generally shocked at how the night was unfolding.
After that, she also gave a shoutout of support to her fiance, which was lovely, and a reminder that there’s something really exciting about to happen for them:
Cool ESPN, love the support of a major sports platform for one of the best players in the league…

Not how we wanted it to end, but 15 played his heart out and I’m always and forever proud of him in everything he does! 🙏🏼❤️
