The 2021 recruiting cycle is closed for the Oklahoma Sooners. Work now begins for the push in 2022 and 2023 cycles. In the 2023 recruiting class the Sooners only have a handful of offers sent out. At the safety position, they have two offers with one of them being for Rahmir Stewart of Philadelphia.
Recently the top safety according to 247Sports released his initial list for the top schools being considered. The Sooners were among the list as well as fellow Big 12 Conference mates the Iowa State Cyclones and West Virginia Mountaineers. The other schools listed are the usual suspects where you see the Alabama Crimson Tide, Auburn Tigers, LSU Tigers, and Texas A&M Aggies among others.
