Zion Williamson was dominant on Wednesday as the Pelicans cruised to a 123-101 victory over Phoenix.
New Orleans got a bit of payback, overturning a 25-point loss to the Suns on the road earlier this season with a 22-point result at home. Save for a brief stretch in the middle of the second quarter, New Orleans lead throughout with the lead only growing as the second half went on.
Williamson was the catalyst, scoring 28 points on 12-of-14 shooting from the field with seven rebounds and six assists. Brandon Ingram added 23 points and six assists while Lonzo Ball added 18 points. Steven Adams pulled down 13 rebounds, eight of those offensive, in the win.
Devin Booker had 25 points to lead Phoenix.
