Let’s admit it, although it makes us healthier, many of us do not like the idea of working out. In that respect, it turns out that Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski is ahead of the game.
With the pandemic putting a stop to regular in-person workouts, NFL teams did their workouts virtually. The Buccaneers asked the tight end to provide video proof of his workouts.
He did exactly that, albeit not probably the way the Buccaneers envisioned. He recorded himself running sprints wearing different shirts over the course of a day. He would then send the videos to the team on different days.
Apparently it fooled the Buccaneers coaching staff, as Bruce Arians called Gronkowski’s work ethic “unbelievable” on Thursday.
During virtual offseason workouts, Gronk had to run sprints, record them and send them to the Bucs. So, to get out of it, he'd record himself running sprints in different shirts on the same day. Then, he'd send in the videos on different days.

Gronkowski’s secret is out, and one has to wonder if the Buccaneers will be a bit more vigilant once the team begins the offseason grind again.
