Caleb Plant, the defending super middleweight titleholder, and Caleb Truax came in under the 168-pound limit for their fight Saturday in Los Angeles (Fox).
Plant weighed 167.6, Truax 167.8.
Plant (20-0, 12 KOs) is making the third defense of the belt he won by outpointing Jose Uzcategui in January 2019. He hasn’t fought since February of last year, when he stopped Vincent Feigenbutz in 10 rounds.
Truax (31-4-2, 19 KOs) held a super middleweight title in parts of 2017 and 2018 after defeating James DeGale by a majority decision. He lost his belt in the rematch.
The Minnesotan last fought in January of last year, when he narrowly outpointed David Basajjamivule.

- Joey Spencer weighed 158 and Isiah Seldon 156.6 for an eight-round middleweight bout.
