Oklahoma makes new in-state offer for 2022, offers 7 others so far this week

The Oklahoma Sooners are ramping up their recruiting game. After recently sending out 13, the staff added eight more to the 2022 class.

The second signing period for National Signing Day is around the corner for the 2021 cycle. The Oklahoma Sooners staff, however, seems full speed ahead on the 2022 cycle at this point. After sending out 13 scholarship offers recently, the Sooners have added another eight to the list.

Among the group included in-state Jayden Rowe of Union (Tulsa). The 6’3″ cornerback has been a hot target in the Big 12 Conference with recent offers from Oklahoma State, Baylor, Texas Tech, as well as the Sooners. He provides the size and length to deal with bigger wide receivers or hybrid tight ends on the second level.

Another hot name on the recruiting trail is tight end Jaleel Skinner or Greer, South Carolina. Skinner has picked up offers from the Sooners, Texas Longhorns, and the Arizona State Sun Devils.
