WATCH: Chiefs’ L’Jarius Sneed sacks Bills QB Josh Allen for 15-yard loss

A big-time play by the Kansas City Chiefs’ rookie cornerback.

Kansas City Chiefs rookie cornerback L’Jarius Sneed is a bad man when it comes to rushing the passer.

Sneed unleashed his pass-rushing prowess yet again, this time on the 6-foot-5 240-pound quarterback of the Buffalo Bills. On second-and-8, Sneed came on a corner blitz from the slot and he chased down Allen, bringing him down for a 15-yard loss. It was a monster play that helped force a punt for Kansas City and although the ensuing punt resulted in disaster, this was a big-time stop by the Chiefs’ defense. It was a spectacular play to see from the rookie corner.

Check out the play down below:

This is Sneed’s fourth sack of the season and his second sack of the postseason. He also got the lone sack of Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield in the divisional round of the playoffs. The Chiefs are going to need more plays like this from Sneed if they’re to make a comeback in this game. They’re already down nine points in the first quarter, which they’re no strangers to being at a deficit in the playoffs. Any help they can get from the defense will be important as they attempt to even the score.
