The Miami Heat make the trip to Tampa to play the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night, and if you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck! We’ll give you the latest point spread, moneyline odds and over-under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet on BetMGM.
The game tips off at 7:30 p.m. ET and can be seen on Sportsnet (TOR) / Fox Sports Sun (MIA).
The Raptors have been moving up the standings in the Eastern Conference with a three-game winning streak, while the Heat have lost three of four, but just beat the Pistons to snap their losing streak. It’s still early in the season, but the Heat have not won consecutive games all year.
Jimmy Butler will be out again for the Heat, along with Avery Bradley and Meyers Leonard. Tyler Herro is listed as questionable. The Raptors are almost entirely healthy, missing only Patrick McCaw.

Advice and prediction
The Raptors are beginning to resemble the competent if not spectacular team many expected them to be this year, and have been getting huge bench production from big man Chris Boucher, who has scored 20 points or more in five of his last six games. I like them to win on Wednesday – but a spread of 4.5 points is just enough to make the bet uncomfortable against the unpredictable Heat. Instead, I’m focusing on an Over bet.
The over has hit in each of Miami’s last four games – largely because the Heat have been allowing a ton of points in three of those losses. Both the Raptors and the Heat rank in the top 14 in offensive rating (Miami is 7th), and both teams rank in the top 13 in pace. I’m leaning Raptors -4.5, but will settle for Over 221.5.
Prediction: Raptors 116, Heat 107
