A defensive end at Central High School in Phenix City, Alabama, Parker is a 6-foot-4, 223-pound edge defender.
Parker does not yet hold a rating on the 247Sports Composite.

Tennessee is the second school to offer Parker, joining Florida State. More offers could be coming soon for the prospect, and the Vols hope to benefit from recruiting him early.
Tennessee does not yet have any prospects committed to the 2023 recruiting class.
