Question: This soon-to-be three-time NFL MVP was a guest host of “Jeopardy!”
Answer: Who is Aaron Rodgers?
The Green Bay Packers quarterback announced Tuesday on “The Pat McAfee Show” that he had an opportunity to be a guest host of the iconic game show he grew up watching and loving.
Longtime host Alex Trebek passed away on Nov. 8, 2020. He hosted the show for 37 seasons. Since his passing, “Jeopardy!” has provided opportunities for guest hosting spots.
“I had the opportunity to do one of those,” Rodgers told McAfee.
Rodgers said Trebek was one of his “idols” growing up.
Rodgers was a winner on the show as a contestant during “Celebrity Jeopardy!” in 2015.
Ken Jennings, a 74-time champion, was the first of the interim hosts. His episode aired on ABC on Monday.
