Darious Williams is only in his first year as a starter in the NFL, but he’s learned to read Russell Wilson like a book in three games against him this season.
On Saturday, Williams made his best play yet, picking off Wilson for the third time this season. He read the screen pass perfectly, broke on the ball and picked it off, returning it 42 yards for a touchdown.
He split the blocking receivers to make the pick, which was just an incredible play by the young cornerback. Screen passes are almost never picked off, but Williams has rare instincts and showed them off here.

Sean McVay loved it, too, running all the way down the sideline after Williams made the pick.
