Jared Goff is less than two weeks removed from undergoing thumb surgery but there’s a chance he could be on the field for the Rams on Saturday against the Seahawks. He and John Wolford were both seen warming up before kickoff, throwing passes to various receivers.
The Rams shared a video clip of Goff throwing to Kupp, looking like his normal self at Lumen Field.

To avoid any speculation about who will start against Seattle, the team also posted a video of Wolford throwing deep to Kupp, which was hauled in over the shoulder.
Both quarterbacks look good throwing the ball, so it’s hard to discern which one will be under center for the opening snap.

Goff’s thumb still isn’t fully healed after having a couple of screws inserted into his hand, so he’s protecting it with a small bandage. Omar Ruiz of NFL Network shared a look at Goff throwing, saying he threw one 60 yards in the air.
That’s a good sign for how his thumb is feeling before kickoff.
