With an extra year of eligibility for all college football players, the nation’s top seniors have the chance to come back for one last ride or take their talents to the NFL draft. For another Wisconsin senior leader, that decision was to turn pro.
Cole Van Lanen, a two-year starting left tackle for Wisconsin, is headed to the NFL draft process. Van Lanen helped lead Jonathan Taylor to a 2019 Doak Walker Award winning season, and was the highest-rated offensive tackle in 2018 according to PFF.
