The All-Pro team released by Pro Football Focus for the 2020 NFL season includes an NFL-high five players from the Green Bay Packers.
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, receiver Davante Adams, center Corey Linsley, cornerback Jaire Alexander and safety Adrian Amos were all named first-team All-Pros at their respective positions by PFF.
The Packers were the only team with at least five players on the All-Pro team.
While the Associated Press picks the widely recognized All-Pro team every year, PFF’s list has merit based on the site’s play-by-play analysis of every player on every play.
Last season, the Packers had only two PFF All-Pros (edge rusher Za’Darius Smith and punter JK Scott).
Some notes from PFF’s numbers on the Packers’ five All-Pros:
– Rodgers had 43 “big time throws” and only 11 “turnover worthy plays” in 2020.
– Adams led all players in yards per route run (2.96).
– Linsley allowed just three total pressures in 13 games.
– Alexander has the highest “forced incompletion rate” in the NFL at 22.1 percent.
– Amos led all NFL safeties in overall coverage grade in 2020.
