This offseason should be a lively one for the Indianapolis Colts, especially when it comes to their decision at the quarterback position.
Do they re-sign Philip Rivers? Do they look to draft a prospect in the first round? Do they look elsewhere for a trade or free agent? The latter of the three will likely be a topic of discussion this offseason, specifically when it comes to Carson Wentz.
With the possibility of the Eagles moving on and trading Wentz, it seems his preffered choice is the Colts, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Whether a deal will actually come to fruition remains to be seen. The NFL is entirely unpredictable and anything can happen, especially given the history between Wentz and Reich.
The relationship between him and the Eagles seems strained, and it makes sense that Wentz would want to go to the Colts. He has a history with Reich and if the signing of Rivers has proven anything, their offense is extremely conducive for quarterbacks.
But the Colts would have to take on his massive contract while also giving up assets to simply acquire the former No. 2 overall pick.
We will see what happens in the offseason, but expect the Colts to be mentioned with Wentz every step of the way.
