Harrison Bailey to Arik Gilbert: ‘Let’s run it back’

Harrison Bailey played alongside Arik Gilbert at Marietta High School.

Tennessee freshman quarterback Harrison Bailey appeared in six games during the 2020 season.

Bailey started the final three contests for the Vols. He was 48-of-68, totaling 578 yards, four touchdowns and two interceptions in 2020.

The 6-foot-5, 225-pound signal-caller is from Marietta High School in Marietta, Georgia.

Bailey played alongside tight end Arik Gilbert at Marietta. The 6-foot-5, 249-pound tight end played at LSU as a freshman in 2020.

Gilbert totaled 35 receptions for 368 yards and two touchdowns in eight games during the 2020 season at LSU.

Bailey took to Twitter on Saturday, responding to Gilbert in mentioning for the two high school teammates to run it back at Tennessee.
