76ers at Cavaliers: Odds, betting lines, predictions and picks
Prediction
76ers 111, Cavaliers 103
Money line (ML)
The 76ers (-275) will cost you a pretty penny, and laying nearly three times your potential return, especially on a road team, is not a good long-term betting strategy.
PASS.
Against the spread (ATS)
The 76ERs -6.5 (-110) are a decent play. Yes, like the Cavaliers +6.5 (-110), they played last night and had to travel to Cleveland for this game. But it was a short trip from New York for Philly. The Cavs also had a puddle jump over Lake Erie, but they might be a little more taxed after being taken to double overtime. Look for some tired legs on the home side.
Over/Under (O/U)
UNDER 217.5 (-110) is worth a look, as Philly’s defense has been sharp through the first two games, allowing 107 in a win against Washington in the opener, and just 89 in New York. The 76ers have posted a pair of Under results to date. Cleveland has hit the Over in each of its games, but Philadelphia is easily the best team they have faced to date. They are averaging 124.5 PPG on offense during the early going, but won’t sniff that against the Sixers.
