The New York Jets’ win may have altered the trajectory of the NFL. Because they defeated the Los Angeles Rams in Week 15, the Jacksonville Jaguars have pole position to pick at No. 1 overall in the 2021 NFL Draft. That’s where they’ll get a prospect who is in the same league as Andrew Luck and Peyton Manning when they were coming out of college. Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence has been pegged as a future No. 1 overall pick since his first year in college.
