Colts’ snap counts from 27-20 win over Texans

Snap counts from the Week 15 win.

The Indianapolis Colts (10-4) continued their push for the playoffs with a wild 27-20 win over the Houston Texans (4-10) on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium.

While the Colts failed to cover the 7.5-point spread, this was a huge win for Indy. They didn’t get much help in the AFC playoff race from the surrounding teams, but they furthered their chances of making it into the postseason.

Now, it’s time to take a look at the snap counts from the Week 15 win:

Offense

Notes

  • WR Zach Pascal led the room during his monster day that included two touchdowns.
  • RB Jonathan Taylor continued his takeover playing 70% of the snaps. Jordan Wilkins didn’t see a single snap on offense during this game.
  • TE Jack Doyle continued to lead the way while Mo Alie-Cox and Trey Burton split snaps behind him.

Defense & Special Teams

Notes

  • DE Kemoko Turay played a season-high 48% of the snaps on defense.
  • CB T.J. Carrie has firmly taken over the CB3 role as Rock Ya-Sin’s 33% snap share is the lowest of his season.
  • DT DeForest Buckner was limited by an ankle injury but that didn’t stop him from having a career day.
