Titans’ Derrick Henry tosses Lions defender with mean stiff-arm

Derrick Henry’s stiff-arm should be classified as a deadly weapon.

The legendary stiff-arm of Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry has added yet another victim to the list.

During the second quarter of the game against the Detroit Lions, the Titans back delivered a vicious stiff-arm to cornerback Alex Myres, who was sent flying out of bounds by the reigning rushing champion.

Thankfully, it wasn’t all for naught, either, as the Titans finished the drive thanks to a rushing touchdown from quarterback Ryan Tannehill, giving Tennessee a 21-7 lead.

Henry, who is vying for his second-consecutive rushing crown, already has 12 carries for 70 yards and one score up until this point, but his stiff-arm will be the thing that has everyone talking.

It reminds us of Week 5 when Henry similarly mistreated Buffalo Bills veteran cornerback, Josh Norman, with a brutal stiff-arm that also sent him flying.

However, luckily for Myres, the stiff-arm delivered to Norman was far worse and will always overshadow this one, at least in our humble opinion.
