The Indianapolis Colts placed safety Ibraheim Campbell on the practice squad reserve/COVID-19 list, the team announced Wednesday.
It isn’t clear if Campbell tested positive for the virus or was a close contact to someone who did. If he tested positive, he will be on the list for 10 days if asymptomatic or 14 days if symptomatic.
If he’s a close contact and didn’t test positive, he must remain on the list for at least five days of negative testing.
Campbell was brought up to the active roster for the Week 14 game against the Las Vegas Raiders after linebacker Jordan Glasgow was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list just hours before the game.
Campbell played 66% of the snaps on special teams but didn’t see any work on the defensive side of the ball.
