Doug Pederson is doing his best Nick Saban impersonation and minutes after Jalen Hurts saved the season, the Eagles head coach was more focused on complimenting the entire team.
Hurts was confident, decisive, and efficient while rushing for 106 yards on 18 carries.
Afterward, Pederson wanted to focus more on the team and less on Hurts’ accomplishments in his first NFL start.
Doug Pederson says it takes a “village” to get this win and it was not all Jalen Hurts but the rookie QB was apart of it

Pederson later attempted to clarify his comments.
“I thought, overall, there were some good things,” Pederson said of Hurts. “It kind of gave us a spark as a team that I was looking for. … This win today is not about one guy. This win is about this team and how resilient this team is.”
