Dwyane Wade reacts to the return of Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving

The NBA got its first look at the Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving-led Brooklyn Nets on Sunday, and a future hall of famer was impressed.

Brooklyn Nets fans finally got a chance to watch Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving take the floor together on Sunday, but they were not alone. The rest of the country was able to watch with YES Network’s broadcast since it was also carried on NBA TV.

Among those who made sure to watch Durant and Irving take the floor together was future basketball hall of famer, eight-time All-NBA selection and three-time NBA Finals winner Dwyane Wade. The retired Miami Heat guard weighed in on Twitter in the middle of the Nets’ game against the Washington Wizards:

Seeing Steph [Curry], KD and Kyrie back hooping feels right! Also Brooklyn is about to be a problem Popcorn

While Durant logged seven second-half minutes, fans only got to watch him and Irving play together for 17 minutes — thought, Brooklyn’s superstars did not disappoint, combining for 33 points on 12-for17 shooting, five assists and three rebounds in the first half.
