The Philadelphia 76ers are looking to get training camp underway with a full group as they prepare for the 2020-21 season. In order to get everybody on the same page under a new coaching staff, they need the entire group there and ready to go.

Unfortunately, the team is missing a key veteran off the bench as well as its  first-round draft pick the team has a lot of hope for.

Mike Scott is not with the team due to a positive COVID-19 test, and he is going through the protocols before he can return to the team. He is expected to join teammates in the coming days.

The team is also missing rookie Tyrese Maxey, who is also going through the protocols related to a positive test. It is important everybody comes to camp healthy and safely, so the hope is he will join the team soon.

This will be a season full of challenges as the league navigates a full season under the circumstances the world finds itself in. The hope is everybody can get through it safely.
