Titans’ A.J. Brown has funny reaction to fine for throwing ball in stands

Brown chucked the ball into the stands after scoring on an onside kick in Week 12.

Tennessee Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown revealed on Friday that he received a $7,000 fine for throwing a ball into the stands during the Week 12 win over the Indianapolis Colts last Sunday.

It occurred near the end of the game when Brown recovered a Colts onside kick that he took 42 yards to the house seal the deal on the Titans’ 45-26 win over their division rival.

For Brown, it was his second touchdown of the game after he had turned a short pass over the middle into a 69-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter. He finished with four receptions for 98 yards.

Here’s what Brown had to say about his fine:

In case you missed Brown’s touchdown and his chucking the ball into the stands, here it is:

While Brown was fined, Colts linebacker and special teamer Matthew Adams was not following his ejection for allegedly throwing punches at Titans linebacker and special teams ace, Nick Dzubnar, on a punt.

Adams took to Twitter to explain that he wasn’t throwing punches, but rather using a new swim move he was working on.

You be the judge:

In Week 13, the Titans will host the Cleveland Browns, while the Colts will head to Houston to take on the Texans.
