49ers injury report: 1 player out, 1 questionable vs. Bills

The 49ers will have wide receiver Deebo Samuel available vs. the Bills, while K’Waun Williams is out and Emmanuel Moseley is questionable.

The 49ers’ injury report for Week 13’s Monday night showdown with the Bills won’t be very extensive. Only one player has been ruled out and another is questionable on the official status report.

Cornerback K’Waun Williams has officially been ruled out, which doesn’t come as a huge surprise. Head coach Kyle Shanahan on Tuesday indicated Williams wasn’t likely to return. The nickel corner didn’t practice at all during the week leading up to the contest.

Cornerback Emmanuel Moseley, the leading candidate to start at nickel cornerback, is officially questionable after limited practices all week. Moseley filled in well in the slot vs. the Rams after Jamar Taylor, who was in for Williams, went down with a torn ACL late in the first half.

If Moseley is unable to play, Dontae Johnson and Ahkello Witherspoon are the two options at corner to take his spot. Free safety Jimmie Ward could also slide down and play the nickel corner spot.

Wide receiver Deebo Samuel, who missed Thursday’s practice to rest his previously-injured hamstring, will be a full-go Monday night. He returned to practice Friday in a full capacity and was a full participant Saturday as well.
