When Michigan football struggled out of the gates, especially with the Big Ten Week 2 loss to rival MSU, there was rampant speculation that one of the recruits who had committed over the summer was destined to flip.
Looks like we can put that to rest.
The tea leaves suggested that East Lansing (MI) three-star wide receiver Andrel Anthony could end up wearing green and white after all, even though he originally spurned the Spartans when he pledged back on July 31. However, Anthony appears solid to the maize and blue, taking to Twitter to share that he will indeed sign with Michigan on early signing day in a few short weeks.

While that’s excellent news for the maize and blue, he’s not the only prized wideout commit who appeared to be on the fence. Fresno (CA) Central four-star WR Xavier Worthy visited Alabama for the Iron Bowl this past weekend, and shared that he will be making a final decision as to where he signs, between Michigan and the Crimson Tide, on early signing day.
