Pittsburgh Steelers LB T.J. Watt named AFC Defensive Player of the Month

Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt’s push for Defensive Player of the Year has picked up steam heading into December. Watt continued his phenomenal season with a great November, earning him AFC Defensive Player of the Month.
Watt racked up 3.5 sacks, 5 tackles for loss, 18 total tackles and 3 passes defended. This just padded his phenomenal stats for the year.
Watt currently leads the league in multiple categories including sacks with 11 and tackles for loss with 17.
Watt’s plate got a little more full this week as his rushing mate, Bud Dupree went on IR with a torn ACL.
It might not seem possible that Watt can do even more for this defense but don’t be shocked when he takes this as a challenge and elevates his game even further
