Things are starting to look a bit more normal on the Washington offensive line, with the return of LT Cornelius Lucas restoring some order in the front five. With Lucas coming back from an injury that held him out of the last couple of games, this will shift Morgan Moses back over to his position at RT, which he seemed happy about on Thursday.
In other injury news, we once again saw safety Deshazor Everett return to the field and going through positional work with the defensive backs, which was a great sight with the hopes that he can return in time for Washington’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday evening. Everett has missed the last two games with a high-ankle sprain, and there was reported on Wednesday to be some doubt that he would be back in time for Week 13, but consecutive days of practicing bodes well for his availability.
