Edwards has received some SEC interest, with Mississippi State being his only other offer out of the conference. Michigan State, Houston and Colorado have also offered Edwards.
Tennessee outside linebackers coach Shelton Felton and defensive coordinator Derrick Ansley are leading the charge in Edwards’ recruitment.
Tennessee currently has one prospect committed to the 2022 recruiting class in 3-star defensive end Jimmy Scott from New York.
