Ertz returned to practice last week after suffering an ankle injury against Baltimore on October 18 and missing the past five games.
The team’s leading receiver in each of the past four seasons, Ertz has 24 receptions for 178 yards, and a touchdown this season.
The Eagles will now have three viable weapons at the tight end position with the return of Ertz.
Dallas Goedert has led the team with 12 receptions for 152 yards, and two touchdowns over the past two weeks, while Richard Rodgers has 24 catches for 345 yards and two touchdowns.
