Jarvis Landry had his best game of the season in Cleveland’s Week 12 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Landry caught his first touchdown pass of the season among his eight receptions for 143 yards the day after his 28th birthday.
The outstanding stats and the eye test both passed the sniff test with his Pro Football Focus grade this week. Landry earned Cleveland’s top grade for the 27-25 win with a 94.5 PFF score.
Landry was followed by RB Nick Chubb, who earned an 88.2 grade for his 144-yard rushing output. Among players with at least 10 snaps, WR KhaDarel Hodge (79.8), QB Baker Mayfield (78.9) and LG Joel Bitonio (78.8) round out the top five. Tight end Stephen Carlson did score at 86.9 but played just three snaps.
On defense, DE Olivier Vernon earned the highest score at 82.6. Vernon was followed by safety Andrew Sendejo at 71.1, easily his highest game score of the season. Poor tackling doomed several Browns defenders to low grades; the Browns missed eight total tackles against just 14 stops, per PFF.
