Kendall Hinton was put in an impossible situation on Sunday. He went from nowhere to starting quarterback against the New Orleans Saints due to the Denver Broncos’ COVID-19 issues.
The going went from sluggish to nowhere and it took until about a third of the way through the third quarter before the former Wake Forest QB/WR had his first completion.
It went to tight end Noah Fant.
Hinton had one completion and a pair of interceptions as the game headed toward the fourth quarter with the Saints comfortably ahead.
