Former Oklahoma quarterback Jalen Hurts looks to be set to see his first actual reps behind center for the Philadelphia Eagles.
To this point, the Eagles have used Hurts in much of more a gadget-type of role. He has only attempted two passes on the season while attempting 12 rushes.
Carson Wentz is still the expected starter, but with his struggles this season Philadelphia looks to be hoping to expand the playbook a bit and maybe simply try someone else out some to see what their options are going forward.
Sources: #Eagles rookie QB Jalen Hurts is expected to receive increased playing time on Monday night – without Carson Wentz on the field.

Hurts was taken in the second round in this year’s NFL Draft by the Eagles, which came as a surprise to some since they looked to have a clear starter in Wentz already in house.
Hurts’ draft stock soared in his final collegiate season, as he finished as the Heisman runner-up in his lone year with Oklahoma after transferring over from Alabama.
Philadelphia will host the Seattle Seahawks tomorrow night on Monday Night Football on ESPN.
